I spent quite a bit of time comparing the foam and wooden spine correctors before ordering this one, and I’m really happy I went with the wooden version.
It feels very solid and has enough weight that it doesn’t slide around on my yoga mat when I’m using it. The padding is firm but still comfortable, which is exactly what I wanted—I can feel the support through my back without it feeling too hard or putting uncomfortable pressure on my tailbone.
I also really like having the handles for extra support, especially when trying movements where I don’t feel completely stable yet.
Overall, it feels much more sturdy and well made than the cheaper foam versions I was looking at. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely buy it again.

I bought this because sitting at a desk all day was starting to show in my posture, and regular floor stretches never felt quite right. The curve supports my body comfortably and helps me get a much deeper stretch through my back, shoulders, and hips. I also love using it for slow core exercises—it looks gentle, but you definitely feel the work! It’s become my favourite little reset after a long day, and it doesn’t take up much space at home. Very happy with it.

I do a lot of strength and athletic training, so my back and hips can feel pretty tight after heavy sessions. This spine corrector has been great for opening up my upper back, improving hip mobility, and adding more control to my core exercises. It feels solid and supportive even with my size, and I can get a useful recovery session in without spending an hour stretching. I’ve started keeping it beside my other training equipment because I use it much more often than expected.
